Here it is, your starting the 3rd week of boot camp. High Fives to those that have stuck it out. CrossFit is not for everyone, but you will never know until you try. I hope everyone is enjoying the workouts, and noticing a difference in there strength and conditioning. If y'all want to continue the program or if you would like to try our main CrossFit class, please contact Myself or Brent.. We are already taking names for next month..See y'all soon.
The other thing I wanted to say, is if you have questions or comments, just log them in here at the blog and we will answer them.

Thanks for putting on the boot camp - I am really enjoying the classes minus the getting up at 5am part, but that has not been too bad. As part of the whole program I am trying to follow the diet as best I can, but would be interested in learning more and understanding what others do. What does your typical daily meal plan look like?

Jason that is a common question we recieve often, the best thing to do is to look into paleo websites they are very informative. I'll talk to you more in the morning if you like.
