Tuesday

One week down and three to go. Y'all are going strong and hanging in there. The key is that the workout is not long, so you have to push yourself the entire time. When you do that the payback will be what your looking for out of a workout. If y'all have any questions about what we do in the regular CrossFit class, just hang after class a little while and watch. The Boot Camp is actually helping you develop the basic movements we do in CrossFit. So if you want to try our regular class out after the Boot Camp is over, we would love to put you through a baseline test. By the way I am going to be taking some photos this week, but I am not sure when..
