Well here it is the 4th week of boot camp and y'all are going strong. There are not as many of you as the there was the first morning, but to those that have been able to stick it out for the past few weeks, KUDOS to you. It is not easy getting up early to come in and workout. You have to be driven to do such a thing. Y'alls drive and determination has paid off, and y'all are stronger and faster for it.
